- Provide administrative support to our Resource Development and Communications teams, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling a variety of correspondence.
- Actively assist in the planning and coordination of regional conferences and other events, which involves tasks like booking travel, securing accommodations, and selecting suitable venues.
- Efficiently handle travel arrangements for team members, including processing visa applications and managing expense reports.
- Maintain and update our donor database tracking fundraising activities and potential opportunities.
- Provide valuable support to both teams' projects and research endeavors.
- Work-Life balance:40 hours a week with Alternative Work Schedule providing some degree of flexibility on how long, where, and when you work.
- Meal vouchers: 8,50 € per day fully compensated by the employer.

- High-school Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of experience at similar role (including internships)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent attention to detail
