The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, tax coordination, budgeting support, and payroll oversight, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial information.Your Key Responsibilities will be:1. Bookkeeping & General Ledger ManagementReview and verify the recording and categorization of daily financial transactionsPrepare invoices for group companies, including:Matching costs for all services rendered against billingMaintaining accounts receivablePrepare payment proposals for management approval and maintain accounts payableReview bank reconciliations and general ledger entries; identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy2. TaxationCalculate taxes owed and support the development of legally compliant tax optimization strategiesCooperate with external accountants and advisors on all tax filings and statutory obligations3. Budgeting & ForecastingAssist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecastsAnalyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making4. Financial Reporting & AnalysisPrepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including:Profit and Loss StatementsBalance SheetsCash Flow Forecasts5. Payroll & Expense ManagementOversee or process payroll, including calculation of wages, allowances, deductions, and bonusesEnsure payroll accuracy and compliance with local regulationsEmployee perks, benefits
