Maintaining websites

management of content of the SAPIE web and project web pages

regular updates: adding events and news, blogs

communication with technical suppliers

work with the web builders WordPress and Squarespace

preparation of design and posting to social media for SAPIE and all its projects

creation of videos, stories, reels and ads

reporting of social media results

Graphic Design

supporting the team with graphics for the company (e.g. presentations, leaflets, roll-ups, visual elements for email campaigns, social media posts, web, etc)

Who are we looking forPersonality requirements and skillsCopywriting – intermediate: experience in writing, editing, proofreading press releases, blogs, web content, etc.
Campaigns – intermediate: experience in planning and execution of communication campaigns
Social Media – intermediate: strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media, experience with maintaining of a company account
Web content management – intermediate: working knowledge of web content management tools and an overview of current UX/UI trends
Graphic Design – intermediate: experience with preparation of graphical elements using graphical tools (e.g. Canva)Nice to have:
• good orientation and active contacts in the Slovak media space
• good organizational, planning and coordination skills
• strong team player, ready to support its colleagues and bring solutions to project's challenges,
• structuredness, independence, flexibility and proactivity
