Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team.About the role:As a Techno-Functional Lead in the Customer Data Platform (CDP/Data 360) space within the Plasma-Derived Therapies (PDT) business unit, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams while also driving the end-to-end technical architecture of CDP solutions. This role combines deep expertise in Salesforce Data 360 and Salesforce Marketing Cloud with strong product ownership and business analysis capabilities.You will be responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into scalable, compliant, and high-performing data solutions including data ingestion, identity resolution, data modeling, segmentation, and activation. You will design and implement scalable data models, lead Agile delivery, ensure process compliance, and oversee cross-functional collaboration to ensure robust, secure, and efficient solutions.This role directly contributes to PDT’s ability to harness enterprise data effectively, enhance decision-making, enable personalization, and strengthen competitive advantage in an ever-changing business/technological landscape This position will align to the External Experience chapter of the ICC and report to the PDT Delivery Lead for strategic direction as well as day-to-day management.Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce Data Cloud aligned with PDT business objectives.
- Act as the primary Product Owner, representing business needs and end users across the delivery lifecycle.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Plan and communicate release goals, sprint objectives, and PI planning inputs across agile teams.
- Measure and communicate product value, adoption, and outcomes.
- Own the end‑to‑end CDP solution design in collaboration with Salesforce architects and engineering teams.
- Define and govern data models, identity resolution strategies, segmentation concepts, and activation patterns within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant data ingestion and integration approaches.
- Review and challenge technical designs to ensure alignment with best practices and business goals.
- Coordinate cross‑cloud integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty, and external platforms.
- Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Drive UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition, defect triage, and acceptance.
- Ensure adherence to GxP, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including change control and validation documentation.
- Support proactive monitoring, issue management, and continuous improvement of CDP capabilities.
- Maintain high‑quality documentation covering product decisions, architecture, and delivery outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, testers, validation teams, and external vendors.
- Align with other Product Owners to ensure consistent customer experience across platforms.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies as needed and support effective team collaboration.
- 8+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or techno‑functional roles within data, CRM, or digital marketing technology domains.
- 2-3 years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) or equivalent CDP platforms.
- Proven experience acting as a Product Owner or Lead in agile delivery environments.
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, healthcare, life sciences) is strongly preferred.
- Strong functional understanding of:
- Salesforce Data Cloud (ingestion, data modeling, identity resolution, segmentation, activation)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing automation concepts
- Experience working with:
- Data modeling and relational concepts
- SQL‑based data analysis (hands‑on or design‑level)
- APIs and system integrations (design and oversight)
- Ability to review and guide technical solutions, not necessarily build all components personally.
- Deep understanding of Agile / SAFe methodologies, backlog management, and PI planning.
- Experience translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong UAT, validation, and release readiness experience.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and align across complex, global organizations.
- Strategic mindset with strong attention to delivery and quality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
