Here, you will feel welcomed, respected, and valued as an important contributor to our diverse team.The OpportunityAs a Senior Product Owner you'll manage product delivery within the Takeda portfolio and will be responsible for the day-to-day development and alignment of delivery to the strategic vision. The Senior Product Owner is focused on delivery, release plans and communicating progress to stakeholders.Responsibilities

Set ambitious and clear product vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the unit.
End to end team output strategy from inception to production.
Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements.
Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders
Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.
Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
Works closely with functional partners to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary.
Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as demos.
Integrates usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design.
Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders.
Typical work products: Prioritized Feature Roadmap Target Outcomes and Product Performance Metrics, User Stories and backlog, Customer Readiness and Engagement Plan, Leadership Reporting, Vendor Assessment and Recommendations.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
+5 years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high-quality analytical data solutions
Experience in stakeholder facing role; acting as a trusted technology partner
Experience overseeing multiple initiatives, simultaneously from beginning to end
Experience in commercial data modelling within an enterprise environment
Integration and API platforms experience with technologies such as, MuleSoft or IPG
Experience within the technical components of the domains/products/journeys
Experience with BI/Analytics tools, data warehouse and data lake products, cloud platforms
Experience in budget planning and financial management
Preferred strong knowledge of Redshift, Informatica, and/or Databricks
Fluency in English
