- Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling while maintaining accurate and timely updates in sales tools like Salesforce and TeleTool.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with customers and Sales Account Leads to deliver tailored solutions and high satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage revenue forecasts proactively, ensuring accuracy and addressing trends to meet financial targets.
- Collaborate actively with the Remote Sales International team to share knowledge and support collective goals.
- Present confidently to customers and engage in face-to-face communication and teamwork with the broader AT&T organization.
- Adapt flexibly to occasional evening client calls and work under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve issues promptly.
- Cover working hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm CET (Flexibility in working hours may occasionally be required to accommodate evening calls with clients needed)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (SF), TeleTool, and forecasting tools such as SLIC for accurate sales tracking and revenue management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret revenue trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AT&T’s offerings, ABI value proposition, and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
