You'll work with cutting-edge technology while establishing best practices that drive our AI governance framework.Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate AI systems for production deployment, collaborating with senior data scientists
Perform thorough analysis of AI systems to ensure adherence to technical and safety best practices
Develop and implement comprehensive guidelines and standards for AI validation
Coordinate and oversee the validation process across all AI systems in our organization
Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies for AI implementations
Stay current with emerging trends and methodologies in AI validation and governance

A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related quantitative field
Proficiency in Python and/or other programming languages
Solid knowledge of machine learning, Generative AI or Natural Language Processing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

These are additional nice to haves:

Experience with AI governance frameworks or validation methodologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI systems
Familiarity with model documentation standards
Experience in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams

The specific salary offered considers:

the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
