Responsible for the strategic development of the organization in Slovakia, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and implementing growth opportunities - both organic and inorganic - including tenders and acquisitions.
Job Description:
- Identification of business and acquisition opportunities in the market
- Creation and presentation of complex business cases, including financial modeling and ROI analysis, feasibility analysis, cost and revenue assessment, and capacity planning
- Forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and interpretation of operational and financial deviations
- Collaboration with internal teams and external partners in preparing tenders and M&A projects
- Management of tenders and public procurement processes, benchmarking, and competitor analysis
- Implementation of ESG strategy and preparation of EU-funded projects
- Coordination of strategic projects and reporting to management
- Preparation of ad-hoc analyses and management reports
- Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A, financial planning, or corporate/business development
- Master's degree in Economics or Finance or other related field
- Excel - Expert level
- Fluent in Slovak and English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, ability to independently handle complex tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with public procurement is an advantage
- Base salary: €3,500 gross/month. Final salary will be subject to mutual agreement based on candidate's experience. Other benefits will be discussed during a personal meeting.
