- Safety and Audits:
- Conduct daily safety audits and manage findings.
- Handle near-miss incidents and investigations.
- Perform risk assessments and ergonomics evaluations.
- Review 5S audits.
- Quality and Process Control:
- Maintain process capability and equipment accuracy.
- Improve quality and productivity controls.
- Lead scrap reduction projects and achieve quality KPIs.
- Implement defect reduction and change management processes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Plan and execute improvement projects (A3, KE, 6 Sigma).
- Deploy NPS Q analysis and action plans.
- Monitor blocked stock and PPAP performance.
- Conduct external training and GEA assessments.
- Improve OEE/RTY and daily reporting.
- Support and Training:
- Support NPI activities.
- Train process specialists and operators.
- Introduce new technologies and processes.
- Lead root cause analysis and machine improvements.
- Maintenance and Cost Management:
- Plan preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Ensure continuous improvement in maintenance (Kaizen, TPM).
- Manage costs for spare parts, consumables, OPEX, and CAPEX.
- Oversee people management and variable costs.
- Production and Efficiency:
- Meet capacity demands and improve line efficiency.
- Review performance and manage inventory.
- Achieve MPS adherence and reduce production costs.
- university degree in engineering
- min. 3 years of experience in industry, preferably in the automotive sector in similar position - demonstrated experience to efficiently plan, organize and lead a production operations team (unit); experience of managing a budget with a good understanding of key financial principles
- Good understanding of Business (related to the business unit) and its goals
- Good knowledge of processes and related management
- Good Knowledge of product
- Knowledge of company processes & Tools to manage people (Performance review, PDS, MRR, GCP) & ability of assessing training needs
- Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
- English fluent
- MS office very good skills
- Excellent planning & organizing skills with experience of prioritising, co-ordinating multiple activities meeting multiple deadlines related to the shopfloor
- Excellent problem solving skills with experience of developing & implementing solutions to diverse operational related issues
- Good understanding of financial controls & budgetary responsibilities with experience of managing a large project or departmental budget
- Excellent analytical skills with experience of evaluating complex requirements & determining required actions

- Salary starting from 3 700 € brutto (depends on knowledge and experience)
