Join our Business Services team based in Bratislava and become a Business Coordinator in a team of dynamic and skilled professionals!This is maternity cover contract for 2 yearsAbout the teamWe operate as an administrative and analytical center for the Division EMEA and Globals, fully streamlined and centralized function in Bratislava.We enable Client Markets and Underwriting to focus on the client and renewing Swiss Re contracts with them by ensuring smooth, efficient and reliable operations as well as improving the efficiency of tools and processes.About the roleAs part of the Business Coordination team you will be acting as a point of contact and partner for Client Underwriters (client facing employees), you will also support the renewal process of Swiss Re contracts with insurers in the EMEA region.Key responsibilities:
  • Handling your own portfolio - including contract management, data gathering, analysis of portfolio and reporting
  • Collaborating and coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams (Technical Accounting, Claims, Underwriting, etc.) with possible participation in projects and initiatives
  • Contributing to or leading projects and initiatives; Conducting portfolio analysis
About youYou have the ability to be a great teammate with constructive and open minded thinking who is reliable, dedicated and has strong ownership, attention to detail and is able to prioritize.Essentials:
  • Previous working experience in the field of Business administration
  • Language skills: fluent English is must and with Spanish, Italian or Portugese is strong advantage
  • MS office package (Excel advanced, Power BI of advantage)
  • Proven Data literacy skills
  • Proven ability to independently conduct given tasks
