If you enjoy learning new things, looking for new solutions, and are attracted to working in a large company that has a broad reach in the telco market, this is the position for you.We are looking for a new colleague who enjoys working with data (financial/non-financial), can interpret it and draw conclusions from it, that can be conveyed to others. The candidate will be in daily intensive contact with colleagues responsible for B2C mobile segment management, supporting them with financial analysis, strategic insights and actively participating as a finance business partner in the preparation and evaluation of new propositions.Within our team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Regular evaluation of financial results of the segment, interpretation, preparation of comments and reports for management.
Preparation of plans within standard planning cycles, including separate discussion of the plan with responsible managers.
Participation in regular monthly closing for the given area.
Business Case calculation for newly prepared services or campaigns.
Ad hoc reporting and analysis to clarify deviations from plans or to identify additional potential.
Active participation in decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations.
Presentation of financial results and strategic proposals to relevant segment stakeholders.

· Close cooperation with marketing and product teams to ensure financial alignment and support business growth.Required qualifications and skills:

University degree.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (pivot tables, more complex formulas).
Upper-intermediate/advanced knowledge of English (written, spoken - willingness & ability to use it daily).
The ability to interpret financial and non-financial indicators, including the formulation of conclusions and recommendations.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial topics in a simple and clear way to different audiences.
Independently proposes solutions that contribute to achieving the desired goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships (stakeholder management)
Collaborative thinking and a team-player spirit.
