Production support – Armrest/Headrest
Co-operation in the SDT teams - responsibility for the technical project coordination in collaboration with Program Management, Mechanical, Hardware, Software Engineering, Foam, Trim, Prototyping/Prototype Shop, DV and PV Testing, Quality Management and Manufacturing
Technical interface with the customer and the suppliers
Preparation, execution, and documentation of technical reviews according to the PLUS process
Formulation of concepts, engineering schedule plans and cost estimations
Responsible for the creation of technical specification documents for the customers and suppliers by the engineering team
Responsible for the creation and/or cooperation of/to the realization of Bill-of-Material, drawings and documentation including the required clearances according to BOS/PLUS by the engineering team, Management of 3D/2D in PLM system
Creation of technical solutions and concepts according customer/supplier requirements
Definition of tolerances according the part production process feasibility , application in to the tolerance studies and concepts.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Willingness regularly to travel to our production plants
English fluent (German beneficial)
3d/2d work experience in NX (Catia V5 beneficial)

Base monthly salary starting from 1700 Eur gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum written in the advert.
