ING internship gives you the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. We are growing and need all hands-on deck. We are looking for 2 interns who are reliable, smart, and able to learn fast and can assist our experienced Account Managers in their work with large ING Wholesale banking clients. In return, we offer paid internship with possibility to learn and grow. After 1 year internship can result in full time position with other benefits.You will be supporting Pan European Service Desk (PED) Client Services Business Unit. You can experience how we redefined and revolutionized banking experience for large corporate clients of ING with pioneering spirit and can-do approach. We started as a small, young, and dynamic team with 3 Account Managers who performed a pilot project if we as ING can provide premium level of service for top ING clients by giving them Single Entry Point for all their daily activities. This was a real game changer for large corporate clients as before they had to contact different branches all around Europe. Things picked up from there rather quickly. Are you interested to learn and get experience in banking industry?
Do you consider your-self reliable and dependable and willing to help?
Do you speak and write excellent English and enjoy international collaboration?
Can you work 2-3 days (20 hours weekly) in our office in Bratislava for minimum of 6 -12 months?

Tasks and responsibilities of an Account Manager at ING’s Pan European Service Desk:

Working closely with Account manager on selected tasks
Working on Audits, Bank Statement, Work Items, Channel Requests, Proof of Payment (training will be provided)
Post handling
Help with internal projects

Wage (gross)
8 EUR/hour*possibility of full-time contract after one year as intern
