You will deliver, administrate and support the defined asset-, license and lifecycle management solutions and tool being critical for Global Delivery Services.
You will provide functional and technical advice on asset- and license management related topics (processes, tool support, interface operations, data quality management).
You will need to consult, support and assist IT teams with focus on Active Asset Management and Microsoft License Management, deliver the defined IT services in adherence and compliance with the IT processes (synchronisation with Security team and Service Management team where required).
You will do standardisation of processes, tools and reporting, coordination, follow-up and supervision for progress and results (Quality Assurance).

You will do implementation and Operation of global IT asset- and operational license management processes, procedures and standards.
You will support the Microsoft License Management activities including Azure cost transparency and optimization

Evaluate, design, implement, administrate and support appropriate tools to support the IT asset- and license and lifecycle management process. * You will ensure knowledge transfer and training about the technical and organisational requirements to IT internal organisations, service desk and external service providers.

You will analyze customer feedback and initiate necessary changes to the department management

Maintain the standard toolset framework and documentation (Spider and interfaces to defined tools (e.g. SCCM/MECM, SMAX, other inventory and service management tools and processes). * You will need to be responsible for Demand- and Change-Management and organising the daily operation and support of the defined tool.

You will proactively review the data quality in our system and support data quality optimization activities.
