- Deep dive into our biometric SDKs and components across mobile, server, and embedded environments
- Understand how our technologies are integrated by OEM partners, system integrators, and solution providers
- Learn typical solution architectures and use cases (e.g.mutli-purpose biometric devices, access control, handheld devices, PoS and Retail devices)
- Get familiar with developer experience challenges, integration patterns, and customer pain points
- Work closely with engineering and product management to understand the roadmap and delivery processes
- Understand collaboration with R&D teams (algorithms, AI models) and platform teams (shared infrastructure, runtime environments)
- Learn how dependencies between components affect product delivery and integration
- Owning the product backlog for Biometric Toolkits and translating the roadmap into initiatives and epics
- Defining clear requirement specifications and acceptance criteria
- Improving SDK usability and developer experience based on real integration needs
- Creating and maintaining integration guides, documentation, and quick-start tutorials
- Owning demo applications and sample integrations used by sales and partners
- Supporting presales and solution teams with technical understanding and integration clarity
- Defining reference architectures and best practices for common use cases
- Collaborating closely with:
- R&D teams to ensure new algorithms are usable and integrable in SDKs
- Platform teams to align on shared components, APIs, and runtime environments
- Identifying and managing cross-team dependencies, ensuring smooth delivery across teams
- Become the go-to expert on integration and developer experience for biometric toolkits
- Shape how our SDKs are used across industries and customer segments
- Drive improvements that significantly reduce integration time and complexity
- Influence product decisions through real customer and integration insights
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to refine the roadmap based on market and customer feedback
- Coordinate across product, engineering, R&D, and platform teams to ensure aligned delivery
- Improve visibility and management of dependencies, risks, and cross-functional priorities
- Help scale our SDK adoption by improving documentation, demos, and onboarding experience.

- Experience in integration engineering, presales / solution engineering or product ownership in technical products
- Ability to understand and describe system architectures and integration flows
- Experience working with SDKs, APIs, or developer platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to usability and clarity
- Experience with technical documentation, demos, or developer support
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams (engineering, R&D, platform)
- Ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional priorities
- Familiarity with Agile development and backlog management
- Experience with mobile (Android/iOS) or embedded platforms
- Basic understanding of AI/ML or biometric systems
- Experience working with developers or technical partners
