- Defines specification book for new equipments and toolings
- Partner with NPI PM for identification, acquisition and implementation related to new product introduction, Uses defined standards criteria for equipment. Train Maintenance as well as the Production techn. Creates PFMEA and participate on Control plan taking care of ergonomics, HS&E and quality
- Participates on DFM/DFA
- Responsible for tooling selection/acquisition together with NPI PM
- Participates with Project teams in Product Design review to assure standardization across similar product and process
- Proactively look for opportunities related to cost optimization, quality improvement and safety adherence
- Rolle model for ME process
- Active participation on RPS
- Responsible for tooling installations together with supplier
- Responsible for tooling list creation
- Responsible for PPAP book creation for corresponding process/processes
- Responsible for SBR execution and reports creation
- Participates and provide input in Plant layout strategy that helps to reduce material flow and prepare the plant for future evolution
- Responsible to define and execute process standardization as defined by AME
- Responsible for OEE and RTY improvements of the process in project phase
- Is responsible for following the management systems in production, quality, HS&E areas and other external and internal standards and regulations
- Observes and ensures following of work rules and internal HS&E guidelines resulting from responsibilities of managers and other employees in HS&E areas in the current wording
- Coordinates, support and is responsible for all activities according IATF16949 & ISO9001 related to Plant
- Lead and complete the Performance & Development Summaries (PDS), Compensation planning (GCP), Performance & Compensation discussions, Mid Year assessment, goals settings of his team
- Manage and executive STRAP & AOP Alignment
- Excellent knowledge in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Good knowledge of product (e.g. turbo), its manufacturing processes and its application.
- Core Green Belt Certified
- Good Knowledge of quality systems & standards
- Knowledge of IATF16949 & ISO9001
- Knowledge of AOP & STRAP planning
- Good Knowledge of poka yoke, tooling fabrication and design for machinery assembly or inspection type of tools/fixtures.
- Basic knowledge of machining CNC equipment and assembly of products, PLC / PC programming (preferred)
- Excellent issues analysis skills to improve processes
- Excellent knowledge of FMEA
- Ability to interpret Geometrical drawing and tolerancing system.
- Fluent English and 3rd European language as a plus
- salary starting from 1 850 € depending on experience and knowledge
