Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced candidate to join our client´s European Financial Operations team in Bratislava. As a global leader in e-commerce, we offer a dynamic finance role that goes beyond traditional accounting. Youll have the opportunity to drive significant business impact through project initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will manage receivables and payment-related queries for France vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and resolve complex receivable discrepancies, including commercial agreements and vendor returns, ensuring timely payments for client´s France vendors - Perform detailed reconciliations of vendor statements against client ledger entries - Handle AR-related inquiries professionally via phone and email, with emphasis on vendor satisfaction and relationship building - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including French retail teams and finance processing departments, to ensure payment accuracy and timeliness - Manage key account relationships and coordinate long-term financial solutions - Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot tables, VLookups, reconciliations) - Conduct regular vendor calls and meetings to maintain strong business relationshipsEmployee requirementsEducationSecondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)

Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, accounts receivable, or related field • Proven experience in data analysis and financial reconciliation • Strong track record of customer/client relationship management • Demonstrated expertise in debit/credit analysis • Fluent in English • Spanish language proficiency at minimum B2 level (MANDATORY)
