- Develop digital advertising plans aligned with audience strategy, segmentation, journey stages, and campaign objectives.
- Manage and execute paid media campaigns across LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Manage and coordinate media / advertising agencies to deliver campaigns across search, display, programmatic, and trade media channels efficiently and effectively
- Track budgets, allocate spending across channels, and reconcile forecasts against campaign performance.
- Use dashboards and analytics tools to optimize performance and deliver measurable ROI.
- Stay up to date on the evolving digital landscape including emerging ad platforms, generative AI tools, and marketing automation technologies and assess their relevance and applicability to campaign execution.
- Ensure campaign compliance with platform standards, legal requirements, and data privacy regulations.
- Share best practices and campaign insights across the marketing community, strengthening our Center of Excellence in paid media.
- University degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy, buying, and execution across various digital channels.
- Solid hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
- Experience working with media agencies on campaign planning, briefing, and delivery across social, search, display, programmatic, and trade channels.
- Strong interest in how AI can enhance marketing and advertising
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.
- Experience building playbooks and internal guidelines for digital advertising.
- Passion for knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration.
- Previous experience in a regulated or corporate environment (e.g., financial services, insurance).
