You’ve led initiatives that improved company performance, designed and implemented governance frameworks, and collaborated across departments to embed new ways of working. You’re comfortable with operational metrics and change management, and curious about applying AI and automation to make those improvements stick.Qualifications

Project Execution: background in leading internal projects across business units
Process Design: Strong background in process optimization, including SOP creation and continuous improvement.
Change Management: Skilled in coordinating organizational changes and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to engage and align stakeholders across diverse functions.
Communication & Structure: Exceptional communicator with a structured, problem-solving mindset.
Standards Familiarity: Familiar with ISO 9001 and 27001 frameworks.

Bonus Points For

PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile PM, or ISO auditor certifications.
Experience in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or scale-up environment.
Prior ownership of ERP implementation, BI/reporting system setup, or internal process audits.
Data-driven thinking and a habit of documenting, iterating, and scaling improvements.
