We're looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner with a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities. In this role, you'll be a trusted advisor to the business, driving recruitment excellence and building strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. Apply now!What you'll doAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates to assessing their fit and marketing them to hiring managers. You'll act as a strategic advisor, guiding both hiring managers and PX through the offer process and key recruitment decisions. Building strong, high-touch relationships with candidates is central to your role, ensuring a responsive and engaging experience throughout.You'll collaborate closely with universities, employment agencies, and third-party suppliers to attract top talent, leveraging your local market knowledge. Data and technology will be your allies, helping you inform decisions and lead insightful conversations with stakeholders. As a subject matter expert, you'll bring deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems, sourcing strategies, and recruitment process effectiveness to the table-driving continuous improvement and excellence in everything you do.What you'll bringTo thrive in this role, you'll bring a university degree and several years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. You've likely worked as an in-house recruiter within a global organization, giving you a solid foundation in navigating complex hiring needs. If you've recruited for roles in the automotive industry, that's a definite plus.Your deep understanding of local talent markets and networks will be key, especially as you collaborate with universities and employment agencies. And since communication is central to everything you do, fluency in both English and Slovak-written and spoken-is essential.BenefitsSalary for this position starting from 2.200 EUR, per month, gross.The salary amount represents the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic salary component applicable to the job. Final salary is negotiable and will be adjusted in accordance with seniority level and previous experience of candidate.Additional benefits:13th salary,Annual Volvo Bonus depending on performance and company's financial results;Contribution for Supplementary Pension Savings (lll.
