Leadership and Team Development

- Develop and coach the quality team - ensure training, mentoring, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a culture of quality - promote a proactive quality mindset across all departments/plant. * Digitalization and Industry 4.0- Implement digital quality tools - such as SPC software, digital checklists, and automated reporting systems, DMP tools.
- Utilize data analytics and predictive quality - leverage data to anticipate and prevent quality issues (e.g., using AI/ML). * Risk Management and FMEA- Lead risk management activities - oversee and support FMEA processes (DFMEA, PFMEA).
- Implement preventive measures - focus not only on solving problems but also on preventing them. * Internal Audits and Continuous Improvement- Plan and conduct internal audits - in line with ISO/IATF standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Six Sigma, 8D) - actively participate in improvement projects. * Communication and Stakeholder Management- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Manage escalations and crisis situations - respond quickly and coordinate effective resolutions.Your Profile as Head of Plant Quality (m/f/d):

Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
Organizational savvy
