
IT Service Manager for HR Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

- You act as one of the IT Service Managers for our global HR Talent Acquisition & Talent Management IT landscape
- You align business demands and processes with our IT strategy and consult the business accordingly while acting as the subject matter expert for our global candidate experience and talent management platform
- You will translate business demands into IT service requirements and ensure proper implementation of your solution design following our IT service management- and IT compliance framework
- You think about the 'big picture', considering end-to-end processes and identifying cross-topic dependencies
- You collaborate closely with your team members, internal stakeholders and external service management teams and drive related activities
- You are responsible for the support model incl. but not limited to incident management with internal and external stakeholders
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree in a subject related to information technology, business administration or related fields
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT Service Management
- You have a thorough understanding of IT solutions for Human Resources
- You are experienced working in international and interdisciplinary IT related projects
- You have first experiences in managing external IT service providers
- You are familiar with and understand the compliance requirements as they pertain to IT operations in the healthcare industry
- You have a personal affinity for the digital world and modern cloud-based technology incl. the latest AI developments
- You strive to translate new business and operational challenges into value-adding technology solutions
- You are a well-structured and detail-oriented worker with a strong ability to think analytically and you don't compromise on quality, even under pressure
- You have particularly strong teamworking skills, are proactive and like taking the lead on topics incl. seeing things through to the end
- You have a knack for stakeholder management and a high level of service orientation
- You already have extensive experience with international and intercultural cooperation and communicate reliable across cultures and organizational levels
