Strategic Deal Leadership: Drive complex strategic deals from qualification through execution, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal standards.
Proposal Excellence: Ensure all proposals are competitive, compliant, and tailored to win, bringing clarity and structure to each opportunity.
Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) cases and deliver compelling, value-driven proposals.
Bid Management: Lead the full bid lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners to ensure timely and compliant submissions.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance tools, processes, and methodologies to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and win rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage multiple stakeholders globally, demonstrating strong communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in business, project management or related field, MBA is a plus
10+ years in IT sales with proven bid leadership in fast-paced environments
Strong project management skills, PMP or similar certification preferred
Skilled in managing complex, time-phased activities
Experience running workshops and crafting winning solutions
Proficient in proposal tools and Microsoft Office
Graphic design or desktop publishing is a bonus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working across global, matrixed teams
APMP Practitioner or ability to get certified required

*Only for Slovakia:Base gross monthly salary starts from 3.100 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience!
