- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, overseeing projects from initiation to closure.
- Lead and coordinate project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, providing guidance and direction to ensure project objectives are met at each stage.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with organizational objectives.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to prevent potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders regularly.
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization effectively.
- Foster strong communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and project management best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies, integrating emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Create project reports
- Administrative work needed for projects
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) in IT project management, overseeing complex technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Tempo).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with projects focused on public administration, public procurement and tendering or grant projects related to the EU
- Previous experience with managing projects in public sector
- Experience with software development projects is big plus
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, exhibits enthusiasm, and fosters a constructive approach to challenges.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- General Project Methodology knowledge (Project Management Institute (PMI), Prince2, IPMA)
- Prince2, PMP or IPMA certification
