- Oversee operational activities related to Group Chemicals, ensuring flexibility to capitalize on business opportunities and minimize the impact of unexpected disruptions.
- Manage planning and capacity for the DS Chemicals value chain in Bratislava.
- Lead the Tactical Planning process for the Polypropylene/Polyethylene value chain, focusing on Polymer units.
- Regularly test the feasibility of plans and address any gaps to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate sales, logistics, and production actions to maintain supply reliability and prevent bottlenecks. Manage PP/PE inventory levels.
- Continuously improve supply operations processes and tools to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with business functions to develop and refine planning processes and related systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality requirements to meet customer expectations.
- University degree
- Ideal 5 years of experience in supply chain coordination or in similar postion in customer care
- Good communication and organization skills
- High precision, detail-focused approach, and collaborative mindset
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply and demand processes
- Experience with tasks related to the commercial sector
- Fluent English knowledge, plus language of assigned area (Slovak or Hungarian)
- Christmas bonus in the amount of a monthly salary.
