- this position will focus on beverage, however the candidate should be fine with being potentially in charge of food, too (dairy, snacks, cereals, confectionary, ice cream etc.)
- You speak a good English
- you have a native level of Czech or Slovak
- an asset would be Hungary language Skills
- beside Sales experience you have also experience with application of food and beverage
- The Account Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with current clients,
- ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to expand business within these accounts.
- In addition, he/she will actively prospect and acquire new clients, driving sales growth within his/her territory.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual who has a passion for the food ingredients industry and strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Actively seek out new clients and business opportunities within the food and beverage sector.
- Conduct research to identify and engage potential customers, including cold calling, networking,
- Present and promote our food ingredients portfolio to potential clients through meetings,
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product Development, Marketing, and Customer Service) to
- Provide market feedback and insights to support the development of new products or services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or similar role within the food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industry.
- Strong understanding of the food ingredients market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food regulations, industry standards, and food product development processes.
- Results-driven and proactive approach with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to travel as required to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and visit manufacturing
