Are you excited by the idea of working hands-on in the field and shaping the future of agricultural products? We're looking for a proactive and organized professional to support KWS Semena product management activities by coordinating variety trials as Product Manager (m/f/d). If you're fluent in Slovak and English, highly mobile across Slovakia, and eager to contribute your knowledge in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you. This position is unlimited and full time.Responsibilities:

Support and ensuring Agroservice activities
Support and ensuring product management activities (the observation and evaluation of local, external trials (e.g., UKSUP, YAS, Strip))
Support and ensure supervisor in sampling as part of monitoring activities
Responsible for observations, results and knowledge transfer to supervisor
Organizing and ensuring of internal local and international variety trials system
Cooperation with local and foreign providers of trials, quality analysis
Assist in organizing and representing KWS at regional events to promote the visibility and acceptance of KWS products, in collaboration with the marketing department and sales
Implement product-specific and local practical trials in coordination with product management and the sales team
Provide technical and seeds transport support to supervisor and sales team
Build and maintain networks, as well as internal and external stakeholders (associations, official and private consulting)
Monitor competition (assessment of the portfolio, special features)
Preparing local technical articles based on field observation and current issues

Qualifications and skills:

University degree in agriculture or biological areas
Fluency in Slovak and English language
Driver's license B
Willingness to travel within Slovakia

75% * Advanced MS Office knowledge (especially Excel)

Comprehensive cross-crop, arable farming knowledge
Very good time management, organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented for field observations, accurate & precise work style
Self-motivated and proactive approach
Ability to work in a team as well as independently, flexibility
