- Open events to launch new products;
- Product training on a monthly basis, organized by sales team for a PR agency and Soft skill training organized by Lenovo;
- Lenovo organized or 3rd party events of our BPs and all gaming events.
- Daily communication with sales team including technical support, reporting, sales analyses, pricelist and retail Business Partner's listing management. Supporting the most important Business Partner's or customers with special services claims in cooperation with Services team and Services providers
- Maintenance of local demo pool including Business Partner's, Journalists and Customers communication. Preparation of reports, working on Business Partner’s database file
- Working with visual appearance and branding. Preparation and presence at Lenovo event and 3rd party events and Lenovo lead. Knowledge about detailed PC and Visual products specifications, comparison with the competition
- Processing of tender materials and preparation for sales for bidding quotas in the system (correct selection of models and configurations). Sales biding in the system as a backup (creating opportunities and quotes).
- Daily administrative agenda
- Current student of Technical universities with focus IT technologies, Marketing and business administration or Economy
- Availability for approx. 20 hours per week
- Advanced knowledge of English, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Be people friendly, proactive and willing to communicate with Lenovo colleagues
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools, communication channels and brand identity is welcomed
- Schedule: 20 hours per week
- Salary: 7.00 EUR per hour
