- Planning, calculation, implementation, and standardization of customer-specific automated production systems
- Creating technical specifications and requirement documents
- Coordinating collaboration with external companies particularly from China
- Commissioning automated systems in production
- Collaborating with international project teams and internal specialist departments
- Defining and optimizing design standards to meet manufacturing requirements
- Completed studies in engineering, project management, automation technology, production technology or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the planning and implementation of automated production systems, ideally in the automotive or electronics industry
- High awareness of deadlines, costs and quality
- Fluent language skills in spoken and written Chinese
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Willingness to travel on regular national/international business trips
