Summary ESET Global Processes team looks for a new team member who will become a part of a group of enthusiasts who are striving to improve global processes across the organization and across all departments.Job descriptionWhat we do:ESET Global Processes team is looking for a new team member – a resilient, creative and positive-minded person with a sense of order, whose guilty pleasure is the desire to improve things and who is not afraid to ask questions.Our main goal is to help people perform their tasks more easily and more efficiently, and to understand how working across teams contributes to overall success of the company. We support colleagues in defining standardized processes, proposing improvements, and sometimes translating business needs into requirements for tools and systems.Your tasks will be:· Map and design processes across multiple teams/departments using selected software (currently MS Visio).· Document processes in accordance with internal Process Conventions; maintain the Process Management Framework, process architecture, and Process Catalogue.· Prepare, present, and assist with the implementation of ideas and projects· Monitor and evaluate the performance, effectiveness, and quality of selected processes; define criteria and procedures for monitoring/evaluation.· Proactively identify and gather opportunities for process improvement, propose enhancements, and support their implementation.· Collaborate with process owners, process participants and other stakeholders.· Collect required input data, analyze it independently, and reflect the outcomes in process documentation.What do we expect from you:

Higher education (ideally business management) or equivalent experience

Good knowledge of process modeling; basic understanding of process and quality management methods (e.g., Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an advantage)

Proficiency in English at least at B2 level (advanced)

Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tools used for process work (Visio; Jira and Mural are a plus); systematic, analytical approach with attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative mindset

What will make your job easier:

Experience with process improvement and/or quality management methods (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma) and with monitoring process performance

Experience with process visualization tools beyond Visio (e.g., Aris) and collaboration tools (Jira, Mural)

Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR, or other cross-functional processes is an advantage

Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (usually 6 months).

The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
