– Create compelling job postings
– Proactively identify and engage top-tier candidates
– Streamline the application and screening process
– Coordinate and participate in interviews and assessments
– Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
– Assist with tasks related to onboarding
– Stay ahead of HR best practices in recruitment across EME and National Organizations
– Maintain accurate employee attendance records
– Contribute on regular revision and update of HR related documentation
– Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle
– Support electronic files and paper documentation archiving.
– Cooperate on events organization
