- Prepare orders (bids analyses) and track invoices.
- Assist with the implementation of project activities, namely: organization and logistics (including caterings) of events, conferences, workshops, educational seminar and others. Ensuring their timely and agreed delivery during the events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Monitoring and ordering of stationary and other supplies.
- Gather and archive data, information and supporting documentation necessary for the project implementation.
- Communicate with the number of (inter)national stakeholders and service suppliers.
- Actively participate in the meetings of the project team as well as attend official meetings and appointments if needed.
- Draft minutes.
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the project as well as in the preparation of periodic and final reports on EMN activities.
- Maintain and extend the database of contacts relevant for EMN activities.
- Assist in maintaining media monitoring database.
- In cooperation with other members of the project team contribute to the development of new ideas and activities within the project.
- Assist with translations, and/or acts as interpreter/translator (Slovak-English, English-Slovak).
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Office/Coordinator of the EMN activities.

- Completed Master's or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution preferably in Economics;
- A minimum of 2 years experience in working in office environment and carrying out administrative, procurement and organizational tasks, including organization of different kinds of events (e.g. conferences, seminars etc.);
- Experience in administration and financial reporting of EU or other donor’s funded projects - an asset;
- Excellent Command of MS Office;
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills;
- Experience with IOM’s administrative and financial rules and practices - an asset;
- Ability to drive (driving licence B) and travel;
- Strong planning skills and strong in keeping deadlines;
- Ability to work independently and also in a team;
- Flexible, reliable team player with proven networking, negotiation, and partnership building skills;
- Demonstrated gender awareness and gender sensitivity;
- Ability to take initiative and act with autonomy; personal commitment, creative thinking and drive for results.
- Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English.
- Knowledge of other foreign languages - an asset.
