- Lead the development and execution of the local partner marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
- Manage the local partner marketing calendar, tailoring global campaigns and activations to ensure high relevance in the local market.
- Play a supportive role in developing and delivering marketing plans and executing campaigns that target the Slovak consumer.
- Implement and execute global and local partner marketing (PM) campaigns and initiatives to drive partner engagement and JET brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate PM communications and activations, ensuring they align with brand positioning and market needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create trade promotions that cater to the needs of consumers.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization:
- Track local performance against agreed KPIs and health metrics, optimising campaigns based on insights and sharing best practices.
- Analyse local market and partner opportunities, advocating for necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Act as a PM business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2C, Sales, CS, and Logistics), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
- Own and manage the local PM budget, including planning, utilisation, and tracking of PM and B2B voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.
- Marketing experience, retail, or e-commerce will be a plus!
- Strong commercial understanding; B2B experience with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and flexible approach, adapting to the rapid pace of business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Articulate and convincing in Slovak & English.
