Since its beginning in Košice, the company has established itself on the local market of IT companies, we participate in job fairs, we have established cooperation with many schools and organize a lot of activities for our employees.As Network Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the delivery and operation of enterprise network services. You will provide technical expertise and direct support to customers and project managers, participating in technical discussions, contributing to solution design, and ensuring the successful implementation of connectivity services.Are you ready to be part of our friendly team? Now you have the chance!WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AS NETWORK ENGINEER?You will manage and troubleshoot network hardware and equipment, including SD WAN devices, firewalls, MPLS routers, LTE routers, switches and VPN concentrators, ensuring stable and reliable operation.You will participate in daily communication with customers, project managers, and requestors to support ongoing activities and requirements.You will organize and resolve daily support tickets (incidents, service requests) within SLA, often in cooperation with other support teams, vendors, and customers.You will perform administration of network appliances (firewalls, switches, SD WAN, MPLS platforms) as part of daily operations, ensuring adherence to SLA requirements.You will provide new network appliances, including initial setup and onboarding into the environment.You will troubleshoot issues related to SD WAN, infrastructure VPNs, firewalls, MPLS routers; analyze network security incidents and create corresponding records and reports.You will manage licensing for network appliances and perform regular installation of required license updates.You will monitor and evaluate vulnerabilities related to network infrastructure; support remediation planning.You will install upgrades and updates for network systems in accordance with maintenance windows and change processes.You will open and manage vendor support cases for hardware and software issues, ensuring proper communication and follow up.You will deliver and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents.You will provide recommendations to customers for network optimization, security improvements, and operational enhancements.You will create and maintain documentation related to network infrastructure, configuration, and topology.WHAT EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DO YOU NEED?You have 4+ years of experience in network engineering, network operations, or network security roles.You have hands-on experience supporting enterprise network environments, including hardware installation, provisioning, and troubleshooting.You have PCNSA/PCNSE (Palo Alto) knowledge, certification is welcomed.You have experience working with global teams or in international customer environments.You have CCNA certification or equivalent industry standard.WILL YOU FIT IN?You have strong written and verbal communication skills (English B2+), with the ability to engage directly with customers and project managers.You have high level of professionalism, reliability, and customer orientation.You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.You have ability to manage priorities, multitask, and follow structured processes.You have team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed work environment.You will cover US business timeGET TO KNOW OUR TEAM AND HOW WE WORKIn our team, every day is different.
