Closing Date: 27 July 2022Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of the project by collecting and disseminating necessary information related to the organization and project implementation activities.
- Keep the Senior Project Assistant informed of all stages of project implementation.
- Coordinate and facilitate return of relevant victims of trafficking from destination countries.
- Coordinate the reintegration of project beneficiaries, which includes inter alia the following tasks:
- Maintain direct contact with beneficiaries by regularly visiting them at their place of residence.
- Identify the beneficiaries ‚ individual needs, assist them in the preparation of a reintegration plan, conduct monitoring interviews, assists victims in accessing victim support and other services.
- Assist in the scheduling and use of reintegration grant for beneficiaries and assists in the procurement of goods and services covered by the reintegration support.
- Keep records of all information related to the return and reintegration process (procurement, services used etc.) for documentation/clarification requests.
- Facilitate coordination with partner organizations operating shelters/temporary housing. Assist in reintegration process and ensures administration and that the necessary information is obtained from the organizations.
- Participate in the development of the follow-up system and with the development of the monitoring forms.
- Conduct quarterly monitoring interviews as well as a final interview with beneficiaries. Follow-up on cases on a quarterly basis.
- Participate in official meetings and travelling according to the project's requirements.
- Participate in the project events such as study visits, online workshop for consular officers, expert meetings with relevant governmental and non-governmental actors in the field of counter-trafficking.
- Assist with the preparation and dissemination of reports on the study visits, on expert meetings, online workshop and of the study on the pilot program (best practices, lessons learned, recommendations…etc)
- Assist the supervisor in monitoring the project implementation activities according to plan.
- Provide data and assist with the drafting of project progress reports and final report, complying with the reporting requirements of the project.
- Assist with the preparation of external and internal audits related to the project.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.

- Independently lead and coordinate the implementation of the
- Integration Programme ; monitor implementation of the activities to ensure work is proceeding according to established plans; analyse implementation difficulties and make recommendations for adjusting implementation modalities and work plans to best reflect changing environment on the field.
- Coordinate the recruitment process of Integration Team as and when required, including Identify training needs and plan capacity building activities for Integration Team; plan, coordinate and conduct capacity building workshops for relevant internal and external parties as required
- Participate in the development of an adequate Monitoring,
- Evaluation Accountability and Learning (MEAL) system for the project based on relevant MHPSS indicators.
- Develop project documents, forms and tracking tools based on identified needs.
- Ensure accurate data collection is consistent and representative of IOM's Integration and host government's requirements.
- Provide accommodation and business counselling support to the beneficiaries
- Coordinate and monitor the financial, administrative and technical aspects of the Integration activities in line with IOM policies and donor requirements
- Participate in meetings and conferences, e.g. Integration
- Technical working group meetings; maintain effective liaison and coordination with local authorities, partners, United Nation agencies, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, donors and other stakeholders relevant to the project.
- Coordinate the preparation of correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, narrative and financial reports; ensure status reports are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
- Identify and document good practices and lessons learned; contribute to the development of Standard Operations
- Procedures (SOP), policies and concept papers and support the development of new projects.
- Supervise and provide guidance and training to reporting staff.
- Cooperate and liaise with project partners, experts and other relevant institutions and collaborators, as required for proper implementation of activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
