At Kone Business Services (KBS), we are looking for a Process Specialist with hands on experience in Sell to Cash (S2C) operations, who’s eager to grow, collaborate across teams, and help simplify processes that keep us moving forward.As a Process Specialist, you'll dive into the details of how we work today, spot opportunities to improve tomorrow, and bring clarity to complexity — whether you’re supporting day-to-day operations, driving improvements, or supporting strategic projects that bring value to our customers.What You’ll DoManage both standard and complex tasks with ownership and care across Sell to Cash (S2C) processes: Customer data, Contract data & management and BillingAct as a subject matter expert in Sell to Cash (S2C) processes: Customer data, Contract data & management and Billing, provide guidance through mentoring and knowledge sharing, and build expertise across teamCollaborate across teams and countries to support harmonized, customer-focused solutionsIdentify areas for automation and smarter ways of working applying Lean and Lean UX methodology, and challenge existing ways of working to drive better outcomesBe confident in challenging the status quo and speaking up with ideas for improvementTranslate complex or process related topics into clear messages for different audiencesSupport strategic projects across all phases to ensure successful implementationContribute to a positive, respectful, and inclusive team cultureWhat You Bring2+ years of professional experience as a Subject Matter Expert in Sell to Cash (S2C) processes, with a focus on customer data, contract data and management, and billingStrong verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, effectively engaging with diverse audiences across all organizational levelsProficiency in SAP and MS Office 365 at an advanced level is essentialProblem-solving mindset and a strong interest in continuous improvementAnalytical mindset and skilled in working with large and unstructured datasets in Excel to organize, analyze, and extract meaningful insightsUnderstanding of automation concepts, Lean and Lean UX principlesSkilled in preparing and delivering clear, engaging presentations across various audiencesWorks effectively in ambiguous situations with an end-to-end mindsetRelationship-building and stakeholder management skills across teams and functionsA collaborative spirit — someone who shares, listens, and helps the teams growSome of our many benefits include:Opportunities to learn and growLanguage courses contributionYearly performance bonusPerformance AwardsExtra vacation daysTeam eventsMultisport cardHybrid way of workSalary
