Our Financial Operations team is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Financial Administrator. Your main responsibility will be to manage and resolve issues related to receivables and commercial customer payments. The selected candidate will handle collection operations in cooperation with local sales and finance teams. ???? We are currently seeking a candidate who is fluent in the Spanish language. Key Responsibilities: • Monitor customer receivables and collection operations. • Review and track aging reports and collection targets. • Act as a liaison between the client and the company to resolve third-party invoice issues. • Respond to customer inquiries about billing, investigate unpaid or disputed amounts, and resolve issues via email and phone. • Collaborate with all stakeholders to deliver top-notch customer service. • Build trust with internal and external stakeholders, foster long-term relationships, and continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction.Employee perks, benefitsWill be presented during the interview.Employee requirementsEducationSecondary with school-leaving examination
