We're looking for a motivated Process Development Engineer to support and enhance our Hot and Cold Retread processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment, contribute to innovative projects, and collaborate across departments and locations.Your responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize retread processes (Hot and Cold) in line with performance, quality, cost, complexity and timing requirements.
  • Maintain and adapt retread - specific processes to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborate closely with MPDI departments, product and technology development teams, and retread manufacturing sites ww.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, generate know-how and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Process, Mechanical, Chemical, or Material Engineering.
  • Fluency In English Is a must, as the role requires regular Interaction across International teams and documentation In English.
  • Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and internationally.
