As an Engineer in this international setup, you will contribute to the successful launch and optimization of tire articles across key markets including EMEA, Americas, and APAC.Your Responsibilities:
  • You will lead & coordinate the introduction process of new tire articles for pass cars including UHP & LT/SUV´s across global markets.
  • You will be responsible for timely Release Notices and Start of Production in line with agreed launch plans of individual tire lines.
  • You will coordinate the industrialization process with cross-functional teams in R&D, plant PI, Quality and Manufacturing.
  • You will plan and validate experimental tire orders with production plants and Testing departments.
  • You will report status of introduction packages to the regional product owners including risk assessments.
  • You will coordinate article lifecycle: compound phase-in/out, regulatory updates and quality enhancements.
  • You will be maintaining compliance with internal standards and contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • University Degree in Engineering or Natural Sciences
  • 2+ years in tire development or manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of project or process engineering, project lead experience is plus
  • Experience working in international /multicultural teams is a strong plus
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Tire construction and design principles
  • Tire building and manufacturing processes
  • Release Notices procedures
  • Legal and regulatory standards
  • Test methods and material mechanics
  • Skills & competencies:
  • Advanced english proficiency
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
  • Quality and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work flexibly in a global cross-functional team
Additional Information
  • Starting salary from : TT8 (graduates), TT9 (experienced candidates), based on experience, skills, and competencies.
  • Target salary: TT11.
