  • Drive data usage at Henkel through maintaining and enhancing our central data catalog which is at the heart of our data mesh
  • Increase adoption by creating user guides, training materials, and support documentation
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure trusted data at Henkel (e.g., data descriptions, data quality, compliance)
  • Develop reports and dashboards monitor the health of our data mesh
  • Support the definition of data processes and their automation
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
What makes you a good fit
  • Proven experience in data governance, data cataloging, or data management
  • Hands-on skills in Power BI and SQL
  • Knowledge of data mesh concepts, data quality processes and data domain structures
  • Understanding of legal compliance frameworks like GDPR, EU AI Act
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical tasks
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Computer Science or a related technical field
  • Hands-on experience with data catalogs, such as Atlan, Precisely Data360, Datahub is a plus
