1 500 EUR -/month depending on number of years of relevant working experienceAs a member of our Global Europe team you will:
- coordinate development and reporting of new and support existing projects, initiatives, and relevant activities
- provide assistance with day to day activities as assigned, including preparing background materials, internal notes, conference agendas, invitations, list of invitees, stakeholder mapping, media monitoring, preparing summaries and readouts
- communicate with partners
- organise various events (roundtables, discussions, research visits, workshops, conferences) related to the area of expertise
- collaborate with other departments within GLOBSEC
- assist with research on topics such as geopolitics, EU policies and reforms, citizens engagement in the EU, Central European affairs, and diversity and inclusion
- compile data, prepare and coordinate relevant outputs (newsletters, briefings)
- help us with the agenda of Strategic Forums (ex. GLOBSEC Forum)
- you will also contribute actively to the Stream's digital outreach and engagement - events, publications, and dissemination

- A perfect candidate is required to have at least 2 years of work experience, with prior engagement in think tank or public sectors is an advantage
- University education (Master's degree) is required
- Background in the area of international relations, public affairs, European studies
- Detail oriented and pro-active
- Able to manage multiple and complex tasks, and to work under pressure in a deadline-focused environment
- Independent and responsible with excellent organisational skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken communication in English is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Zoom, Survey Monkey
