
Finance Governance & Compliance Expert (m/f/d)

- Defining, managing, and ensuring compliance with global Finance Guidelines, processes, and work instructions
- Designing and maintaining the global chart of accounts in alignment with group reporting and statutory needs
- Conducting financial reviews at legal entity level and ensuring financial accuracy and consistency
- Driving the planning and approval process for statutory financial statements and legal entity budgets
- Improving and safeguarding the quality, efficiency, and standardization of global finance operations
- Acting as central contact and providing expert training and guidance on finance-related topics worldwide
- Supporting internal and external audits with accurate and standardized financial data
- Education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in financial governance, accounting, or financial controlling within an international environment
- Solid understanding of statutory and group accounting principles (IFRS/local GAAPs)
- Experience with financial reporting structures and the design of financial processes and policies
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying risks and optimization opportunities
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency in ERP and reporting systems (e.g. SAP, consolidation tools)
- Attention to detail: You ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and consistency across entities and processes
- Goal-oriented mindset: You drive financial clarity and operational excellence through global standards and reviews
- Responsibility: You take ownership of financial frameworks and ensure adherence to legal and internal requirements
