1 800 EUR/monthInformation about the positionJob description, responsibilities and dutiesWe are seeking to fill the position of Office Manager (full-time or reduced working hours is an option), who will become an integral part of our GLOBSEC team, responsible for the efficient operation of the headquarters office and the management of key support services.This includes:IT Support
You will handle the organization's hardware, coordinate with IT service providers, and manage the handover of equipment during staff onboarding and offboarding. Responsibilities include technical support for online (Teams/Zoom) calls, managing Zoom accounts, setting up conference calls in meeting rooms, overseeing office technology like printers, managing passwords and groups, and conducting IT onboarding for new hires.In coordination with suppliers, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the physical security systems of the office and the online security of the organization's systems. You will also act as the primary point of contact for the online security provider.Operations
You will manage office services, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers such as cleaning companies, landlords, internet providers, food and beverage vendors, and office supplies.You will oversee the office budget to maintain financial organization and efficiency.
