Job description, responsibilities, and dutiesProjects:– Preparation of budget
– Financial coordination of budget and expenses during the project implementation
– Responsibility for following the rules (internal and contractual) while working with budget and expenses
– Responsibility for the control and accuracy of all accounting documents
– Elaboration of interim, monthly and regular reports for financial and project managers
– Communication with project managers and other involved departments about direct costs of the projects
– Responsibility for the processing of financial settlements
– Processing of financial analysis of projects
– Responsibility for communication with selected institutions and authoritiesContracts:– Preparation of contracts and contract amendments for the finance manager
– Responsibility for the correctness of contracts and protocols prepared by the finance assistant
– Responsibility for archiving the contract in both electronic and hard copyPersonality requirements and skills– Working with accounting documents - advanced
– Experience with financial management of projects - basic
– Knowledge of accounting acts - intermediate

– MultitaskingSalary: Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards from 1100 EUR/month/full-time based on your experience*
