- As an E-mobility Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the implementation of the Group-level E-mobility and Alternative Fuels strategy and aligning it to local market potential.
- Managing local sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
- Providing local inputs for e-charger location segmentation to extend the MOL Plugee network.
- Coordinating E-charger deployments, maintenance, and charger vendor management at the local level.
- Tracking market trends, relevant local regulations, and state aid opportunities; supporting local lobby activities from the business side.
- Managing customer issue resolution.
- Supporting E-mobility related IT development processes by ensuring local business requirements are met.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful day-to-day operations.
- A degree in technical or business/economics related field;
- Strong project management, business approach, proactivity and organizational skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams;
- Ability of complex problem-solving, creative out of the box thinking, emotional intelligence, decision making ability, failure tolerance, communication;
- Above 3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (eg: in Sales or business development – technical knowledge or education);
- Fluency in English and Slovak is a must;
- Interest in the development and in the future of mobility (electric and alternative-fuel vehicles, etc.);
- B category driving license;
- Ability to travel with the company car across countries of responsibility.
