GLOBSEC: Project Specialist

- Coordinate operational and administrative tasks for GLOBSEC's flagship events, including the GLOBSEC Forum in Prague, Tatra Summit, and Chateau Bela.
- Prepare materials, including stakeholder research, invitations, email templates and lists of invitees, reports and other materials.
- Manage external communication with guests for GLOBSEC flagship events.
- Collect and organize logistical details for guests at assigned events.
- Maintain and update databases and registration systems, ensuring accurate and structured data for event audiences and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
- Prepare materials and support onsite accreditation for GLOBSEC events.

- 2+ years' experience in project/event management

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
